Where do I begin about my amazing experience at the Gustav Fouche salon in Notting
The salon is located on Westbourne Grove highstreet in trendy Notting Hill. As you enter you walk into a super sleek and stylish, bright white salon. Lots of gold details and plants adding to the glamourous environment. I was also told there will be some exciting artwork and a chandelier going up too which I can’t wait to see. The salon extends across three floors including a champagne bar and beautician room (and a super cute marble bathroom).
I was greeted warmly by Gustav himself who went over my current hair and my hair wishes. I regularly get my hair highlighted however it was beginning to look a bit dull and in need of a refresh. Gustav said he wanted to brighten it up and make my hair more ‘edgy’ and current. It was decided on that I would have some highlights in the top and balayage through the ends to create a halo effect. This halo effect he created is my favourite part as my hair is blonder around my face and therefore is much my flattering and draws the eye into my facial features.
After all the bleach was applied and some lovely chats with Gustav, I headed to the sink to have my hair washed. It was washed by Anamaria who was lovely and gave *the best* head massage I have ever had at any salon ever. My hair was then dried by both Gustav and Gavin before clipping my extensions back in and adding some curls. I was going from the salon to do some glam outfit shots so we opted for a glamour wave look and it looked perfect all night.
Thank you so much to Gustav for this amazing colour. My experience at this salon and with Gustav is like no other I have had and I can’t wait to return to the salon again soon (and for the official salon launch party next week).
*this experience was gifted by Gustav Fouche, however, as always all opinions are my own*
